I've made some progress on the shawl I've been crocheting, too. I'm partially into my 3rd ball of yarn, and it's getting pretty big. I measured it this morning and it is about 44 inches wide and 22 inches long. I have 2 more balls of yarn after I finish with this one so I should be ok.
I'm going to baste the Amish throw I finished later today and then start quilting it tomorrow. The more I look at it the more I like it. I'm really anxious to get it quilted.

Sounds like a perfect day to me.... enjoy!
Your shawl looks wonderful, I knitted myself several and love the round ones. May I ask you what pattern you use? Have a great Sunday!
So many great projects!
I'm using the Half Moon Shawl pattern from the Lion Brand web site.
Pretty shawl. I went back and saw the Amish inspired quilt. That looks like a fun one to quilt. Happy basting. I hope to baste one tonight too for some machine quilting this week.
Beautiful shawl. I too will be looking more in your blog to what pattern this is. happy stitching on your Amish throw.
Looks like you are having fun with all of your projects. It is nice to have some variety!
What a great looking shawl! Sounds like you have a great day of stitching planned!
