I don't have the slightest idea who this fellow is. He sounds just like the singer from the Newfoundland band Fine Crowd, there is a video of him doing their song "Days Gone By" so it might be him. Whoever he is, here he is doing one of my all time favorite Newfoundland songs "West Country Lady". I have Ryans Fancy doing it in my music collection, but this fellow does it very well.
